We recently purchased a home with the help of our favorite Realtor Lauren Mennella from Coldwell Banker. Lauren was amazing to work with. From putting in the offer (she did it while on vacation in Europe) to our closing which happened with ease. Lauren is professional and has great attention to every detail. She was amazing with follow through and follow-up on any issue that came up. The level of service was 5 Star for sure! Lauren truly went above and beyond for us. She looked out for our best interest at every turn and was a pleasure to work with. We most definitely will be working with Lauren again in the very near future.

To the office of Coldwell Banker Homes, I just wanted to pass on a very big Thank You to Lauren Mennella. Lauren was our agent in our recent purchase. To make a long story short, we visited a open house held by Lauren and connected with her immediately. After going back home to Houston and frustrated with the current agent (we did not have a commitment with the agent) we gave Lauren a call. We eventually met in person and went on showings. We were back home in Houston and stumbled onto a condo that had just been put on the market. Lauren immediately made an appointment and sent us videos. We ended up purchasing this condo sight unseen. Lauren was there for us through the entire process since we made this purchase from out of state. She is very organized, efficient and true to her word.
