Aqualane Shores:

Aqualane Shores is located between Port Royal and Olde Naples off of Gordon Drive. Aqualane Shores consists of a combination of single family homes, condominiums and estates on deep water canals overlooking Naples Bay. This upscale community consists of approximately 300 acres and nearly 370 estate homes. Aqualane Shores is located very near Third Street’s restaurants and shopping and Fifth Avenue’s shopping and restaurants are a quick stroll, bike ride or golf cart ride away. Naples beautiful beaches and the famous Naples Pier is a short walk away from this beautiful Naples neighborhood.

Coquina Sands:

Coquina Sands is located just north of the Naples Beach Hotel and west of US 41. Coquina Sands offers single family homes and condominiums mostly of traditional Florida design. Some of homes are on the water, with many older homes having undergone renovation as land values have steadily increased. Coquina Sands is located right across from Lowdermilk Park where there is surf and plenty of sunshine. The park features a outside picnic areas, large covered picnic pavilion, restrooms and children love the playground. This community is just a short drive to shopping and dining on 5th Avenue and 3rd Street in downtown Naples.

Golden Shores:

Golden Shores is comprised of single family homes, villas and low-rise condominiums (with 1 – 3 floors) many with sparkling canal views and western sunset exposures.  Most properties range between 2 & 4 bedrooms with many have dens. Most of these homes, villas and condominiums were built between 1984 to the present day. Many of these properties provide canal water views that lead out to the Gulf of Mexico just a short distance away. Located just east of downtown Naples near Tin City, Golden Shores is just a five minute drive from beaches, upscale shopping on 5th Avenue and 3rd Street South.

The Moorings:

Located just north of downtown Naples, The Moorings is one of the oldest and most luxurious neighborhoods in Naples. Made up of single family residences and condos, The Moorings properties are within walking distance or directly on the gulf or the bay. Many of the streets inside The Moorings are lined with beautiful banyan trees, which form a shaded canopy over the street, giving drivers the feel of having entered a beautiful, natural tunnel. The Moorings Country Club is located in the center of the development and provides members with wonderful club amenities, including a golf course. The Moorings also has its own private beach park, accessible only to the residents of The Moorings’ communities.

Olde Naples:

Olde Naples is one of the most popular and appealing areas of Naples with hundreds of palm trees lining the streets, this quaint and charming area is considered a premier destination for residents and tourists alike. You’ll find some of the most exquisite and architecturally unique real estate in the world all within this section of Naples whether its a small original beach front cottage or a newly constructed or renovated estate.  The famous Naples Pier stretches out into the Gulf of Mexico while residents and tourists alike bask in the Florida sun while watching sea gulls and pelicans soar overhead.  Keep in mind that every east & west avenue ends at the beach with public beach access which is a feature rarely found anywhere else in the State of Florida. 

Oyster Bay:

Oyster Bay lies across the bay from Olde Naples. Residents enjoy a short bike ride to elegant Fifth Avenue featuring fine dining and shopping  Historic Tin City, the Naples Pier and the beautiful sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico are also short distance away. Oyster Bay is a boating community consisting of single family homes, condominiums and villas; many with their own private boat docks with quick access to Naples Bay and beyond…the Gulf of Mexico.

Park Shore:

Park Shore is a beautiful, upscale, beach-and-bay community in Naples, Florida, offering white, sandy beaches, fine dining and shopping at the Venetian Village. An Easy drive to downtown Naples the Park Shore neighborhood offers homes and condos bordering US 41 and the Gulf of Mexico. Pelican Bay:

Pelican Bay is Westinghouse community consisting of over 2100+ acres located in north Naples, directly on the Gulf of Mexico.  Construction began in the 1980’s and is nearly completed with single family homes, coach homes, villas and a variety of low to mid-rise condominiums.   Within the boundaries of Pelican Bay there are more than 65 different neighborhoods, a private beach club and a private 27 hole golf course.

The residents of Pelican Bay enjoy transportation to and from the beach and its pavilions is provided on open-air trams along a winding boardwalk through nature preserve areas offering stunning views of the local flora and fauna of Naples, Florida.  Pelican Bay has achieved multiple architectural, environmental and landscaping awards for outstanding design.

Port Royal:

Port Royal could easily be considered one of the world’s finest neighborhoods known for its elegance and fabulous estates.  Exclusive Port Royal consists of approximately 560 estate homes bordered by Gordon Pass to the south, Naples Bay to the east, the Gulf of Mexico to the west and Aqualane Shores to the north.  Port Royal real estate offers the discerning buyer the choice of many different home styles, from contemporary to traditional, most with breathtaking views. One of the great benefits available to most home owners is, The Port Royal Club.
